Flexible Billing Options
Bridge Legal & HR Solutions has flexible billing options to fit any budget. We know that small to medium-sized businesses have limited resources, but also need these services so they can focus on other revenue-generating activities.
The most cost-effective form of support we offer is based on a monthly membership. The cost is assessed on company size. It includes unlimited access to general HR support and employment law guidance. The membership service includes :
- General HR/Legal questions (about employment standards, etc.)
- Guidance on handling employee relations
- Performance management guidance
- Management coaching to deal with employee issues
- Guidance on workplace investigations
Services not included in the membership program will be billed based on the type of service required and can be either billed as a flat rate, or on an hourly basis. We will build the best program to suit your budget.
